I recently attended a Housing Roundtable in Butte County hosted by Assemblymember James Gallagher. Asm. Gallagher and I both represent parts of Butte County, which made this a great opportunity to come together for our communities who have been hit especially hard by wildfires. The panel of speakers highlighted important issues the community is facing around housing, and presented innovative ideas for solving them. I look forward to collaborating with my colleagues on legislation to respond to the housing crisis in the new year.
