Last Friday, my staff and I attended downtown Redding’s “First Friday” event where business owners collectively keep their doors open late on the first Friday of the month to encourage folks to patronize Redding’s revitalized downtown. I commend the business community for their ingenuity in response to the added challenges they have been faced with for the past year and a half. I would also like to congratulate local business owner, Brandi Greene, on the grand opening of Burnsini Vineyards new downtown tasting room.
