I love Read Across America Week and what it stands for. Instilling a love of reading in our students is so important to me. As a parent and someone who is incredibly passionate about education, I believe that teaching our kids to fall in love with reading stimulates their creativity and expands their minds. Each year during Read Across America Week, I enjoy reading one of my favorite books to the kids in Big Valley. It brings me so much joy to see their faces light up and hear their laughs as we journey through the story together.
