I spoke in opposition of #SB98 The Education Budget Trailer Bill. This bill puts an unfair cap on K-12 average daily attendance and hurts CA schools who attract and retain new students. Parents have a right to school choice and should be able to put their child in a school that meets their student’s needs, especially during #COVID-19. Our students deserve the right to a quality education. #AD1 #CAEducation
