4th of July Email

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all have a wonderful 4th of July weekend. Below you’ll find a list of events happening in the 1st Assembly District. Independence Day weekend is the most heavily trafficked holiday on the water, and with this year’s increase in first time boaters it’s more important than ever to educate constituents on the importance of safe and responsible boating. Click here to find boating safety on the CA Department of Parks’ website.

Fire season is upon us. Please remember to follow your local ordinances pertaining to fireworks to help keep our communities safe. With many counties changing their policies this year due to drier than usual conditions, be sure to double check the status of fireworks shows as the date nears.
